Two Legacy Hospitality Owner-Operator Organizations Partner to Establish Beechwood Hospitality, an MMI Company
RIDGELAND, MS / ACCESS Newswire / July 8, 2026 / Beechwood Hospitality and MMI Hotel Group today announced a strategic alignment that will bring the two legacy hospitality organizations together under a unified hotel management platform operating as Beechwood Hospitality, an MMI company. Together, the blended company will operate under MMI Hospitality Group, a private investment partnership founded in 1956 that has grown into a multi-division hospitality platform.
The alliance brings together two established, owner-operator hospitality organizations with shared values, complementary expertise, and a longstanding commitment to relationship-driven service. By combining resources, talent, and decades of proven operating experience, the organizations are creating a stronger, more dynamic hotel management platform with expanded operational capabilities and access to shared services through the broader MMI platform.
